Getting Started
What’s the first step? Start with the planning intake. If your trip is complex or time-sensitive, book a strategy call first.
Do you book flights/hotels directly? Yes—after we align on the plan and the support level you need.
Fees & Payments
Why do you charge fees? Because you’re hiring a strategist—not a search engine. Fees cover planning, vendor selection, and execution support.
Are fees applied toward my trip cost? Fees cover service. Trip costs are separate and paid to vendors unless otherwise stated.
Planning & Timelines
How far in advance should I reach out? Best: 4–8+ weeks. Groups and international: 8–16+ weeks. We can still help closer in, but options shrink.
How long does planning take? Most clients get a clear plan within days after intake, depending on scope and responsiveness.
Changes & Cancellations
Can I change dates after booking? Usually, yes—subject to airline/hotel rules and fees. We’ll advise the best move before you change anything.
What happens if I need to cancel? Cancellation terms vary by vendor. We’ll help you navigate credits/refunds where possible.
Group Travel
How do you handle groups? We set a group plan, deadlines, and payment structure so the trip doesn’t fall apart in the group chat.
Do you collect payments from everyone? We can support structured payment flows depending on the vendor/package.
Corporate Travel
Do you support ongoing corporate travel? Yes—strategy, executive travel support, and retained travel desk options for repeat travel.
Can you work with company policies/budgets? Yes. We align options to policy, approval flow, and traveler experience.
The Playbook & Membership
What is the Playbook? A strategy framework for planning smarter trips—plus updates, drops, and member briefings as you scale.
Do members get better pricing? Members get better strategy, timing, and deal intelligence—pricing depends on vendor availability and rules.
If your trip is within 90 days, involves multiple travelers, or needs executive-level support, don’t DIY it.
